Create, run and share tournaments in minutes
Last updated: September 5, 2026
Welcome to Rollare. These terms govern your use of the Rollare website and services, including tournament creation, bracket generation, scheduling, registration, and public tournament pages (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
You may need an account to create and manage tournaments. Provide accurate information, keep your password safe, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
You keep ownership of the tournament data you create — team names, schedules, scores, logos, and registration answers. You grant us the limited right to store, process, and display that content as needed to operate the Service, including on public pages you choose to publish.
You confirm you have the rights to the names, logos, and other material you upload, and that collecting registration data such as player emails complies with the laws that apply to you.
Publishing a tournament, league, or match page makes that content viewable by anyone with the link. Draft tournaments remain private. You can unpublish or adjust your event at any time from the product.
The Service offers a free plan and optional paid subscriptions. Pricing, billing periods, and what each plan includes are shown on the pricing page. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and prices may change with reasonable notice. Refund requests are handled case by case — contact us and we will work it out fairly.
The free plan is full-featured: a small watermark appears on public pages, embeds, TV mode and exported files (PNG/PDF/SVG); paid plans remove it. Cancellation takes effect immediately through your account’s billing page.
If you downgrade or your subscription ends, features that were already enabled on existing tournaments (such as payment tracking) keep working on those tournaments, but cannot be newly enabled until you subscribe again.
Payments are processed by third-party providers (such as PayPal). We never store your card details. Payment-tracking entries recorded by organizers are their own bookkeeping and do not trigger automatic refunds; refunds are issued through the payment provider.
The Service is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it available and correct, but we may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of it, and we may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes to these terms will be announced on this page.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rollare is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or US$100 if you paid nothing). These terms do not limit liability where doing so is not allowed by law, and they do not deprive consumers of mandatory protections.
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the Service or other users at risk.
