New
Referee management, Discord updates, and smarter sharing
Give referees the right access, post results straight to Discord, and track payments without lifting a finger.
RefereesDiscordPayments
- Referees and scorekeepers now have safer permissions by default: they can only enter results for matches assigned to them. Invited members can also decline an invitation, and you can see at a glance who has accepted or declined.
- Assign a referee to any match right from the schedule. They're notified instantly, and everyone can see who's overseeing each match.
- Conflict detection now keeps an eye on your people too: it warns you if a referee is booked on two matches at the same time, or has too little time to get between venues.
- Connect your Discord server and results, schedule changes, and approved registrations are posted to your channel automatically.
- Sharing looks better than ever: your tournament link now shows a rich preview card with your event's colors, format, date, venue, team count, and a QR code.
- New payment tracking: mark registrations as paid with one click, watch your progress bar fill up, and send friendly reminder emails — we never touch your money.
- A setup checklist on your dashboard shows exactly what's left before your tournament is ready to run, and tidies itself away once everything's done.
- New pricing plans: a free plan, an affordable per-event pass, plus yearly community and pro plans — pick what fits how often you run events.
- Fixes you'll notice: large double-elimination bracket images no longer overlap, and switching the site language is now instant.

Big-screen TV mode, sport categories, and print-ready PDFs
Put your tournament on the big screen, organize events by sport, and export brackets that print beautifully.
TV ModeCategoriesExport
- Turn any venue screen into a live tournament display. New TV mode cycles through your bracket, schedule, and latest results automatically — just open the link and let it run.
- When creating a tournament you can now pick a sport category — basketball, soccer, volleyball, esports, board games, and more — so participants recognize your event at a glance.
- Export any bracket as a print-ready PDF with crisp, selectable text, or send it straight to the printer. Team names in any language come out sharp.
- Plenty of small polish: cleaner export dialogs, neatly aligned round titles, and a confirmation step before regenerating an existing bracket.

A page for every match, calendar sync, and automatic reminders
Give each match its own shareable page, add schedules to any calendar, and let players know the moment things change.
Match PagesCalendarNotifications
- Every match now has its own shareable page with time, venue, live score, and where the winners head next.
- One click adds your whole schedule — or a single match — to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook. When times change, your calendar changes too.
- Players and referees receive an email the moment a match is rescheduled, plus a friendly reminder one hour before start.
- Following the action is easier: scores, winners, and the path to the next round are all readable right from the match page.

Drag-and-drop scheduling, website embeds, and visitor insights
Plan your event day by day, show live brackets on your own website, and see who is following along.
SchedulingEmbedAnalytics
- Plan your event day by day: drag matches onto venue and time slots, and we flag conflicts before they become problems.
- A small embed widget puts your live bracket or schedule on any website — colors follow your tournament theme automatically.
- The new visitors tab shows how many people viewed your public page, where they came from, and what they looked at.
- Multi-venue events are first-class: assign each match its own venue and time without losing the overview.

Online registration with your own questions
Open sign-ups on your tournament page, ask exactly what you need, and review entries before confirming.
RegistrationScore Entry
- Sign-ups happen right on your tournament page. Ask for what matters — jersey size, contact info, partner names — and review each entry before it counts.
- Share one link to collect teams until you hit your limit; available spots update in real time.
- Custom fields support text, choices, email and phone formats, so answers arrive clean and usable.
- Score entry got friendlier: record results per set or per point, and undo any mistake with a single, safe step.

Series standings and Swiss pairings
Link tournaments into a series with one big standings table, and run fair Swiss-style events.
SeriesSwiss
- Link tournaments into a series — a league night, a season, a circuit — and get an automatic standings table across all events.
- Swiss-style pairing is here: fair matchups for any number of rounds, with an optional knockout stage to finish the day.
- Points rules are yours to set, so the standings reflect exactly what your community cares about.
- Everything keeps working beautifully on phones, so participants can follow along from anywhere.
